Using simple technique which will enhanced for bigger scale production by collaboration with industry (that produce synthetic mulching plastic bag plant) to produce high volume of bio-polymer thin film (2N Fertilizer).

Project Overview

This present invention, waste banana peel from small medium industries (SMI’s) are collected and process to form as thin film. This banana peels are rich in nutrients; dietary fiber, proteins, amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acid and potassium such as cellulose, lignin, and hemicelluloses that are the component of insoluble dietary fiber, and pectin is the component of soluble dietary fiber.

There are many types of minerals composition and anti-nutritional content of banana peels. The minerals composition of banana peels are potassium, calcium, sodium, iron, manganese, bromine, rubidium, strontium, zirconium and niobium.

Target to produce big production of natural mulching thin film with high of nutrients as alternative current synthetic mulching film/plastic bag for plant.
