  • Water purification - remove hazardous impurities arsenic and selenium
  • Air pollution control - remove PM2.5 particulates and other impurities

The high performance adsorbent consists of iron based minerals called ferrihydrite with wide surface area and a strong affinity for a wide variety of contaminants. The adsorbent can be easily synthesized at room temperature from iron salt and sodium hydroxide at low cost and the particle size is also tuneable
