SPoly: Healthy Seaweed Enriched Bread

    SPoly uses brown algae (Sargassum polycystum) as one of its ingredient. Due to the algae's health benefit, the bread can help reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive consumers while also enhancing the bread's shelf life
