A selection of technology startups from Poland

The startup ecosystem in Poland has been actively developing in recent years. And among the members of the European Union, this country was one of the few that suffered the least financially during the pandemic. This has contributed to the development of many technology companies – we present a selection of several of them.

AgronetPRO

AgronetPro creates solutions for farmers that collect real-time data on indicators such as frost, disease and more. This speeds up decision-making, helping to increase yields. Since its inception, the company has raised a total of $500,000 in two funding rounds in September and December 2021.

Vintom provides end-to-end solutions for companies that enable a more personal video communication with customers, improving their retention and increasing their sales. The platform can be combined with a CRM system, integrating all data with ease. Since launch, the startup has raised $540,200 in investment in two rounds (2018 and 2020).

SonarHome is the first company in Poland that allows customers to sell their homes quickly and securely through an online platform. Since 2018, it has been funded by eight investors to the tune of $7.5 million.

Unamo develops online tools for SEO and social media. They help marketers manage data and use it effectively to promote a product to customers. The company has received a total of $534,700 from three investors during its time in business.

Samito is a SaaS marketing automation solution. Using big data it allows for maximum personalization of recommendations and better coverage of the target audience. The company closed one round of funding in 2018, in which it received $800,000 from a gas pedal.

Vortex Oil Engineering aims to improve efficiency and environmental friendliness of crude oil production by means of new technologies. According to statistics, the company’s solutions increase crude oil production by 40% compared to other methods. Since its founding, Vortex Oil Engineering has financed four sources to the tune of $1.4 million.

Wanda Maps is a service that allows creating interactive maps for different purposes from planning trips to geomarketing. The company closed two rounds of funding in 2019 and raised a total of $76,100.

Higo Sense

Higo Sense offers a device for self-medical examination. It can be used to measure temperature, listen to the heart and lungs, and much more. Patients do not need to visit a doctor in person, which saves money and time, both for themselves and the doctor.

During its existence, the company closed one funding round in December 2021, where it raised $5.7 million.
